Half term coming up for me soon and I will mostly be spending it planning a Death Star wedding cake for a friend :D
New job, new Mac, New York?
One week down and it’s going good so far.
I have my very own Mac, which is something that I’d never be able to afford and may be needed on a trip to New York in Feb which I would only need spending money for.
I honestly feel so lucky right now, doing something I enjoy and experiencing some work perks!
The other night I went to a Burlesque show
Lottie, the girl in it who the guys knew from college was excellent!
Some of the others…not so much.
Credit where credit’s due, it takes a lot of guts to do something like that but some of the routines were just plain bizarre!
Also, a guy playing Within Temptation songs on the Ukulele because ‘no sad song can sound sad when accompanied by a ukulele’
With relation to Dodd’s post about the same night (as I know he has some avid readers) what he said, all happened. It was an uncomfortable yet laughable experience. No wonder I don’t get on with many girls.
I got offered a job
I am now a Communication Support Worker at Blackpool Sixth Form College! Ooof! Real world here I come!
Also, I rang my Dad and he got all teary <3
My family may be small, but they are all pretty fantastic
Went out for a meal with my family the other day because my grandad’s sister was visiting. Didn’t really remember her seeing as the last time I saw her I was teeny. Well she is incredible, a real laugh.
So, I popped in to see my nan and grandad today before I head back to preston and there, just sat on the side, were 6 bottles of vodka for me!
I am a lucky girl! (soon to be a drunk girl)
Word of warning
Do not challenge me at Boggle, I will beat you and I wont be a gracious winner. Also, I may have realised I’m quite competitive when it comes to board games.
